("Heinold"), to dismiss this action, or alternatively, to transfer the action to the Northern District of Illinois, or to stay these proceedings pending resolution of the Illinois suit. Briefs have been submitted by Heinold and Yoder and a hearing held on these motions on January 30, 1986. Accordingly, these motions are ripe for disposition.
