Plaintiff, Local Union 2134, United Mine Workers of America (UMWA), is a labor organization representing the employees of defendant Powhatan Fuel, Inc. The individual plaintiffs are former employees of Powhatan Fuel and were all, at various times pertinent hereto, members of the UMWA who seek damages resulting from the nonpayment...
