On Friday, February 14, 1986, this court granted partial summary judgment to plaintiff International Armament Corporation (Interarms) as to liability in the above-captioned case. Defendant Matra Manurhin International, Inc. (MMI), has since questioned the scope of the summary judgment order. This order and opinion will clarify the February 14 order.
