PER CURIAM.

Plaintiffs brought this action against defendants Eckelman and Parmalee for a judicial declaration of their equitable interest in real property retained by them when they sold the property to the Eckelmans, their daughter and son-in-law. The continuing validity of that interest came into question when the Eckelmans defaulted on their mortgage to the Oregon Department of Veteran's Affairs (DVA), which foreclosed and purchased the property.
