After a thorough review and evaluation of the record as it is constituted on appeal, we find no merit in the assignments of error raised by appellant. In addition we find no merit in the assignments of error raised by appellees in their answer to the appeal. Accordingly, we affirm the judgment of the trial court and adopt its reasons as our own.
