BUTTLER, Presiding Judge.
Defendant was convicted by a jury of sodomy in the third degree. ORS 163.385. On appeal, she contends that the trial court erred in ruling that the victim was under the age of 16, in admitting expert testimony describing common techniques employed by perpetrators of sex crimes against children and in excluding evidence of the victim's statements to her psychotherapist and school counselors.
