SEDGWICK, Judge.

Anthony Hicks appeals from a conviction of first degree burglary in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.582, subd. 1(a) and subd. 1(c) (1984) and simple robbery in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.24 (1984). We affirm.
