Appellant Gregory Burns was convicted of first degree intrafamilial sexual abuse, Minn.Stat. § 609.3641, subd. 1(1)(1984), and second degree intrafamilial sexual abuse, Minn.Stat. § 609.3642, subd. 1(1)(1984), for conduct involving his two-year-old daughter and was sentenced on the first offense to imprisonment for 76 months.1 Burns contends...
