This appeal is from the judgment of the Logan Circuit Court granting appellee Michael Howard's petition to adopt appellant Delmar Wright's 5 year old twin daughters. Howard is the present husband of the children's mother, appellee, Vickie Howard, Wright's former wife. Vickie's and Wright's marriage was dissolved July 14, 1981, by decree in the Logan Circuit Court before the same trial judge as in the instant adoption case. The twins' custody was granted...
