This case involves the issue of pretermitted children. The probate court found the reference in the testator's will to "all of my heirs or other relatives" sufficient to mention the testator's children as a class and exclude them from inheritance. It is from that judgment that this appeal is brought. Our jurisdiction is pursuant to Sup.Ct.R. 29(1)(c) and (p). We affirm.
