OPINION

LESLIE, Judge.

Defendant appeals his conviction of aiding and abetting another in fraudulently obtaining welfare benefits, claiming the evidence was insufficient. We affirm.

FACTS

The parties stipulated to the facts in this case. Appellant David M. Stoffel and Robin Hagen are the parents of three children. Between April 1984 and April 1985, appellant lived with Hagen in her home. Public assistance was provided to Hagen's household...
