Plaintiff commenced this action on February 12, 1981, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 seeking declaratory, injunctive and monetary relief for the alleged deprivation of his constitutional rights stemming from his segregated status as an inmate at Waupun Correctional Institution. On June 23, 1982, plaintiff moved this Court for a temporary restraining order and a preliminary injunction to enjoin the defendants...
