In 1979 Ralph and Henriette Scott bought a building in Kewaskum, Wisconsin, that had been a tavern for more than 125 years. The Village Board of Kewaskum granted Ralph Scott a liquor license effective from June 1, 1979, until June 30, 1980. Ralph Scott ran the tavern until September 1, 1979, when he turned the establishment over to his sons Robert and Randy.
