GALLAGHER, Senior Judge:

In a medical malpractice action arising out of a breast reduction operation, appellant made claims of (a) negligence, (b) failure to obtain informed consent, and (c) breach of warranty against appellee Dr. William Funderburk, and made a claim of negligent suturing against appellee Washington Hospital Center (the Hospital). The jury returned a verdict in appellant's favor in the amount of $20,000 on her claim of failure to obtain informed consent...
