MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

SHADUR, District Judge.

Corfab, Inc. ("Corfab") has filed a three-count Complaint against Modine Manufacturing Co. ("Modine"), sounding in:

1. breach of warranty (Count I);

2. strict liability (Count II); and

3. negligence (Count III);

all arising out of the breakdown of some heating units sold by Modine to Corfab. Modine has now moved under Fed.R.Civ.P. ("Rule") 12(b)(6) to dismiss Corfab's Complaint...
