This suit originated as an action to remove cloud from title, for partition of farm land, and for damages. Prior to the judgment underlying this appeal, title issues had been resolved and severed. The parties to the action are Mrs. Suzanne Mann Duvall, plaintiff and now appellant, and Cletys Sadler, Jeannette Williams Sadler, Philip M.
