This is an appeal from the district court for Douglas County which affirmed the judgment of the county court. Appellant, Kevin C. Polyascko, was charged with violating Omaha Mun.Code, ch. 20, art. IV, § 20-92 (1980), taking indecent liberties with a child, and third degree sexual assault in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-320 (Reissue 1985).
