Plaintiff, American Dental Association ("ADA") brings this action against The Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company ("Hartford"), alleging that although ADA sustained a loss while it was covered by an insurance policy written by Hartford, Hartford has refused to pay the sum owing as a result of ADA's loss.
