LEISURE, District Judge:

Ruth Rubinfeld ("Rubinfeld") brought this action against Bahama Cruise Line, Inc. ("Bahama") for injuries sustained when Rubinfeld allegedly fell from the gangway of Bahama's ship. Rubinfeld is a New York resident. Bahama is incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands and has offices in New York City, Tampa and Miami. While Bahama admits that the Court has jurisdiction in admiralty under 28 U.S.C. § 1333...
