In this diversity action, plaintiffs seek compensatory and exemplary damages based on theories of negligence, strict liability for a defective product, breach of warranties, and loss of consortium. Defendant moves for summary judgment asserting that plaintiffs' claims are barred by Colorado's statutes of limitations.
