Defendant appeals as of right from jury convictions of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, MCL 333.7401, subds (1) and (2)(a)(iv); MSA 14.15(7401), subds (1) and (2)(a)(iv), and possession with intent to deliver marijuana, MCL 333.7401, subds (1) and (2)(c); MSA 14.15(7401), subds (1) and (2)(c), as a second-felony offender, MCL 333.7413; MSA 14.15(7413). He was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of from 8 to 40 years on the cocaine conviction...
