Defendant appeals by leave granted on September 22, 1983, from an order of the circuit court dated December 3, 1982, rendering judgment in favor of plaintiff in the amount of $1,254.50. This decision was based on the landlord-tenant relationship act (LTRA), MCL 554.601 et seq.; MSA 26.1138(1) et seq.
