This appeal arises from the dismissal of plaintiff's worker's compensation claim pursuant to a declinatory exception of lack of subject matter jurisdiction sustained by the trial court. In his written reasons for judgment, the trial judge aptly described the basis for his decision and included therein an excellent factual summary of the case.
