On August 3, 1984, Rustic Manufacturing, Inc. ("Rustic") filed for bankruptcy under chapter 11. Rustic's principal secured creditor is Marine Bank ("Marine") which is owed approximately $425,000. Marine holds a lien on a variety of Rustic's assets as security for the obligation. In addition to that collateral, Marine has personal guarantees from each of the four principals of the debtor corporation...
