This appeal arises from the third amended complaint filed by plaintiff, Dori Lusinski, on behalf of herself and all other persons similarly situated, against defendants, Dominick's Finer Foods, Inc. (Dominick's), Jewel Companies, Inc. (Jewel), and all other entities similarly situated, seeking a refund of Illinois Use Tax paid by the plaintiff
