Petitioner, Randall Waldschmidt, filed an application for adjustment of his claim under the Workers' Compensation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.) for injuries he sustained to his lower back while he was employed by respondent Consolidated Freightways, Inc. Arbitrator Angelo Caliendo made a preliminary award of 22 3/7 weeks of temporary total incapacity benefits...
