TURNAGE, Chief Justice.

The appellant, Melvin Berklund, was charged with the offense of arson, § 45-6-103, MCA. Jury trial in District Court resulted in a verdict of guilty. This appeal followed.

We affirm.

In 1964 the appellant and his family built a cabin in Beehive, Montana, on the Stillwater River near Absarokee, Montana. In 1977, as part of a marriage dissolution property settlement, the cabin became solely owned by the appellant. In 1982...
