Defendant City of Pontiac appeals as of right the award of damages and attorney fees entered in favor of plaintiffs. Plaintiffs are homeowners who resided in their home from 1963 to 1980. In 1966 defendant rezoned the land across the street from plaintiffs and began using the land as a sanitary landfill.
