We are presented with plaintiffs' Rule 59 motion requesting a new trial and Rule 60(b) motion requesting relief from this Court's July 9, 1985 judgment dismissing plaintiffs' claim for damages and denying their claim for attorney's fees. In light of a recent First Circuit opinion on attorney's fees, the Court grants plaintiffs' Rule 60(b) motion.1...
