The petitioner Mr. Nathaniel Ferguson applied pro se for the federal writ of habeas corpus. He claims he is in the custody of the respondent-warden pursuant to the judgment of December 6, 1983 of the Circuit Court of Williamson County, Tennessee in violation of the Constitution, Fourteenth Amendment, § 1, Due Process of Law Clause.
