Robinson appeals from a final judgment rendered by the lower court in a URESA action, Chapter 88, Florida Statutes (1981), which required him to pay $17,793.21 in child support arrearages based on an Ohio dissolution decree. He sought to raise the defense of laches. The trial court disallowed this defense on the grounds that it was not applicable to this cause of action, that he failed to establish any prejudice to petitioner's delay in seeking enforcement...
