The plaintiff brings this action to recover the unpaid balance and interest on certain loans made by the Farmers Home Administration (FmHA). Both defendants moved to dismiss the original complaint. The plaintiff then moved to amend its complaint; the court granted this motion at the status conference held in this case on July 23, 1985.
