We consider here Defendant's motion to dismiss this case for lack of in personam jurisdiction over it1 or, in the alternative, to transfer this case to the Southern District of Texas.2 This motion has been briefed and opposed in timely fashion and is now ripe for determination. We shall first decide the jurisdictional issue.
