This matter came before the Court on October 21, 22 and 24, 1985 for a Hearing on Restitution pursuant to 18 U.S.C. Sections 3579 and 3580. On February 12, 1985 defendant Miguel A. Serrano plead guilty to Counts 3, 5 and 9 of the Indictment herein. By Order of September 18, 1985, the Court denied the defendant's Motion to Withdraw Plea.
