ASPEN, District Judge:

On May 23, 1985, plaintiff Dial-In, Inc. ("Dial-In") filed this breach of contract action against defendant The ARO Corporation ("ARO") in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois. ARO was also served with a summons and a copy of the complaint on that day. On July 19, 1985, ARO filed a petition for removal of the case to this Court.
