This is an action in contract for the sale of certain goods. The plaintiff Norminjil Sportswear Corp., d/b/a Sea Isle Sportswear ("Sea Isle") alleges that it entered into a contract for sale of several hundred thousand dollars of children's sportswear to the defendant.
