This is an appeal from a defense verdict in a products liability case involving an allegedly defectively designed three-wheeled Honda All Terrain Cycle (ATC).

On June 14, 1981, Mitchell Gosewisch was riding a Honda 185S ATC that he had purchased from his cousin, who had purchased the vehicle from a Tucson Honda dealer about three months before the accident involved here. Gosewisch was riding the vehicle in Pantano Wash when the vehicle flipped...
