BATCHELDER, J.
This interlocutory appeal raises the issue whether a defendant convicted of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, second offense, and sentenced to imprisonment for the mandatory minimum period of seven consecutive days, may receive credit for presentence incarceration. The Nashua District Court (Howorth, J.) ruled in the negative, and this appeal followed. We reverse and remand.
