On December 8, 1983 a Local Administrative Committee of the State Bar of Arizona (the Committee) found that Scanlan, during his representation of Olson Dairy, Inc., violated several of the disciplinary rules of the Code of Professional Responsibility. 17A A.R.S.Sup.Ct.Rules, Rule 29(a).
