This appeal arises from a jury verdict against plaintiff-appellant in a wrongful death action that arose out of the crash of a Cessna aircraft. The plaintiff is the widow of the deceased pilot. She brought an action against Cessna in strict liability. She also sued Northland Aviation. Northland had trained the pilot and rented the Cessna aircraft to him.
