OPINION
CORCORAN, Judge.
The sole issue on this appeal is whether a cause of action brought pursuant to A.R.S. § 24-521, Arizona's "dog bite statute", is governed by the time limitations contained in A.R.S. § 12-541(3) or § 12-542.
