MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ANN ALDRICH, District Judge.

On March 22, 1976, a jury in the Court of Common Pleas for Lake County, Ohio found Jimmie Lee Clark guilty of aggravated murder under Ohio Rev.Code § 2903.01 and aggravated robbery under Ohio Rev.
