This is a claim brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. § 1001, et seq., in which plaintiff, a retired officer of Chemetron Corporation, challenges the determination of pension benefits under the Chemetron Corporation Retirement Plan.
