Before the Court is defendants' motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Defendants assert that the statutes claimed by the plaintiffs to support jurisdiction are inapplicable to this cause and that the conduct complained of is within the exclusive jurisdiction of the N.L.R.B.
