This is an appeal of a conviction from the District Court of the Fourth Judicial District, Missoula County, Montana. Following a jury trial, Martin Douglas Mendenhall was found guilty of sexual intercourse without consent, in violation of § 45-5-503, MCA, and was sentenced to the maximum twenty years in the Montana State Prison.
