The plaintiff in this action, Thomas Industries, Incorporated (hereafter "Thomas") has filed a motion for reconsideration of the Court's March 8, 1985 decision granting the summary judgment motion of defendant Wagner Spray Tech Corporation (hereafter "Wagner") on the issue of the validity of the patents involved in this case.
