This action for libel and slander allegedly committed by defendants Francis Lee Bailey and Stein & Day, Inc., a publishing house, against plaintiff, Lawrence D. Murray, is before the Court on defendants' motions for summary judgment. For the reasons hereinafter set forth, defendant Stein & Day's motion is granted in full, and defendant Bailey's motion is granted on the libel claims and denied on the slander...
