This is a medical malpractice action brought pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-561 et seq. Plaintiff-appellant, Vickie Johnson, brought action on behalf of her son, Garry Johnson, against the defendants-appellees University Hospital, University of Arizona, Arizona Board of Regents and the State of Arizona.
