MEMORANDUM OPINION

MYRON H. THOMPSON, District Judge.

These consolidated causes are claims for workers' compensation benefits under Alabama law. The court has diversity jurisdiction over these claims pursuant to 28 U.S. C.A. § 1332. Based on the evidence presented at a nonjury trial, the court finds that these claims are due to be granted and benefits awarded. The court also considers and grants one of the plaintiffs' counsel's motion for the court...
