In the instant appeal, Timothy R. Morse and Sherry L. Morse (the Morses) question the district court's power to condition a decree of adoption, which granted the Morses' petition to adopt a child named Marcus Daly Lamb, by reserving jurisdiction to consider a possible future request for visitation privileges by Juanita Daly.
